Nothing makes me grin more than making a cute portion of something delicious.  Sometimes you just need enough to knock the edge off, not a whole pan's worth that you'll nibble on for five days.  That's why I LOVE this list of 18 Microwave Snacks You Can Cook in a Mug from Buzzfeed.com!  I want to try about six of these IMMEDIATELY.  Here are my top three:

{ Super Menu for the Super Bowl}

It's about a week til kick-off for what many consider to be a biggest day of the year.  So you know what that means...it's time to get your spread together.  We all know that the crockpot is God's gift to busy women, and unfortunately, the world doesn't stop for anything...not even the Super Bowl.  Here are are a few crock pot recipes to help you get the menu started courtesy of Buzz Feed Food.

{ Easy Nutella Brownies }

Nothing makes a recipe more attractive to me than a simple ingredients list and very few steps.  This Nutella brownie recipe from Instructables.com fits the bill!  Perfect for spur of the moment guests, a last minute treat needed for a PTA meeting, or a sweet tooth craving that just won't quit.





Quick and easy instructions:

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup (280g) Nutella
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 tbsp (62g) flour

Directions:
  1. Put it in a bowl. Mash it up.  Pour into a pan or muffin tin.  Top with hazelnuts if you're feeling extra fancy.  Bake at 350F (180C) for around 30 minutes (less time for cupcake form, more time if the centers aren't baked through).
